At Electrified Rides LLC, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. -Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase as long as the product is in great condition.-Returns are not accepted on: Labor/Services/Rentals.-Items that show wear of abuse.- We do not work on bicycles which are unsafe to ride.- For rental purposes, a valid ID must be present.- Bicycles have to be returned  to the location by the time it was discussed otherwise and extra fee could be applied.-Trade ins are not allowed. In the exception we allow a trade in, the customers signs a contract after Electrified Rides LLC Team evaluates the quality of the old product being traded in.
