Our Policy

• New bike purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivery in new condition. 

• Appointment reservation deposit is non-refundable. 

• A deposit can go towards the purchase of a bike within 30 days.

• Booking appointments are booked 24 hours in advance for new bikes and 48 hours for rentals and repairs.

• Booking appointment deposit is required at the time of booking.
